A 23 year old identified as Bernardo Lazarin has been taken into custody by Fort Myers police and is being held in lieu of bond for an accident that occurred over the weekend and resulted in the death of a 34-year old man named Juan Avila, as reported by Winknews.com.
The accident was a single vehicle crash. Supposedly, Lazarin was driving a red colored Dodge Pickup Truck when he lost control and rolled it over.
