A suspect identified as 23 year old Jasen Randhawa has been slapped by prosecutors with 12 charges after he allegedly was driving under the influence of alcohol when he caused an auto accident which claimed the lives of three women and left their Uber driver injured, as reported by Fox Now.
The car accident described in police reports is said to have occurred in the proximity of 2nd and Clybourn back on October 23rd. As per the reports, the suspect has admitted to driving under the influence during the time of his arrest and also plans to report that the Lexus which he was operating was stolen after the crash. What?
His charges include four counts of second degree reckless homicide, three counts of hit and run, hit and run causing great bodily harm, and three counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, and causing the death of another. He has also been charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence causing great bodily harm to another, which is common in such cases say leading DUI lawyers in Milwaukee, WI.
The suspect appeared in court for his initial hearing and bond was set at $1 million. Police have confirmed that another man who was an occupant of the Lexus which Randhawa was driving has now been arrested too, but his arrest is not in connection with the car accident itself, but from a prior arrest warrant which was pending. This is confusing! This is like trying to figure out why America is allowing terrorists to leave Guantanamo Bay.
According to accident investigators, Randhawa ran a red light with Lexus and struck an Uber car. Police reports also show that Randhawa was speeding and driving under the influence.
The three women who were in the Uber were all co-workers of an advertising firm and there families are probably calling up DUI lawyers in Milwaukee, WI right now! Two of them died at the scene and the third passed away after being transported to a hospital. The Uber driver also was critically hurt. Jasen Randhawa will soon be very used to being locked up!

A two year old kid who had not been secured as per child restraint policies in the state suffered from a broken leg after the driver of the car of which the child was an occupant crashed it on Interstate 94 while driving drunk over the weekend, as reported by patch.com.
The suspect has been identified as Lashwanda Johnson who is 23 years old and comes from Milwaukee. She crashed her vehicle on I-94 westbound at N. 16th Street on Saturday. She has now been slapped with multiple charges including child endangerment, which is expected in such cases say Wisconsin DUI attorneys.
Lashwanda Johnson probably will have her child taken from her as well. This is no way to raise a child. When you have a child you are supposed to think about the child first; your partying days are over with. Well, at least the driving and drinking part! Though that should have never have started.
