Maryland Man Charged with Drugged Driving after Crash

According to WBOC, a 56-year-old man was sitting at a red light when his car was struck from behind. The driver of this vehicle and his passenger were both injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police found marijuana and heroin on the 31-year-old driver. He has been charged with drug-related DUI and possession of drugs, WBOC reported.
