That’s the case of a Maryland man who injured himself and another motorist earlier this month.

On July 11th, police in Ocean City arrested a 31-year-old man after he slammed into the rear of a vehicle sitting at a red light.

According to WBOC, a 56-year-old man was sitting at a red light when his car was struck from behind. The driver of this vehicle and his passenger were both injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police found marijuana and heroin on the 31-year-old driver. He has been charged with drug-related DUI and possession of drugs, WBOC reported.
