Peachtree Corners, GA- Actor Seth Gilliam, known to fans of “The Walking Dead” as the somewhat psychotic Father Gabriel, was arrested in Georgia over the weekend for DUI, marijuana possession and speeding over 100 mph.

Gilliam was pulled over Sunday night in Peachtree City, which is south of Atlanta, after an officer clocked him doing 107 mph in a 55 mph zone, according to TMZ.  Gilliam wasn’t just speeding, he was also allegedly drunk and was carrying a marijuana joint in a pack of cigarettes.

According to TMZ, Gilliam blew a .107 in breathalyzer and was taken to county lockup. The actor, who also starred in “The Wire” was charged with DUI, marijuana possession and speeding.

Police said Gilliam admitted to have three beers and a shot. Oops! (On a side note, if you are ever pulled over for a DUI, never tell police how much you have had to drink. Leave your responses to “Yes” and “No.”)

Gilliam isn’t the only “Walking Dead” star to be face DUI charges. Back in 2012, actor Scott Walker, who played Herschel Greene, was arrested and charged with DUI. At the time of his arrest, Walker offered to do yoga poses in lieu of sobriety tests, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Walker was also speeding before he was pulled over. His blood alcohol content was .143, almost twice the legal limit. Wilson admitted to police that he had wine and scotch at a nearby restaurant.
